Virtual Services
- Virtual lecturing and instruction through Zoom or similar service: Partnering with parents to teach online, using the chosen curriculum.
- Worksheet and activity development: Using the curriculum provided as a guide, I can help develop worksheets, PowerPoints or other instructional material for students to use on their own or for parents to utilize in teaching.
- Reading and Comprehension: If your child needs to practice reading aloud, I can listen and work through discussion and comprehension questions with them, while practicing vocabulary and speech (especially for students with particular ESL/IEP goals) over the computer. This kind of instruction may work ideally, ranging from from half an hour to an hour of instruction, once or several times a week, as needed!
- Public Speaking and Writing Conferences: For older, more advanced students, virtual learning may be a way to provide the necessary, in-depth public speaking practice or conferencing on longer essays. This is especially appropriate for middle school, high school to college-bound students as it will give them important experience of reviewing, editing, critiquing, developing and presenting their writing!
- If you are interested in a virtual service that is not on this list, please contact me at natalyascarpenter@outlook.com. I'd be glad to converse about how Natalya's Classroom may help you!
Methods of Instruction
- Virtual and remote (by Zoom, Google Hangouts, Skype or Messenger video call)

Cost
- Natalya's Classroom aims to provide high-quality, personalized instruction that best meet's the needs of individual students and families. Natalya's Classroom seeks first to serve students, placing financing, though necessary, as a secondary consideration. Natalya's Classroom sincerely seeks to serve family's and students in-need, recognizing that whatever a family is able to contribute, the Lord will provide.
- I recognize that each student and family has unique needs, both academically and financially. Thus, while I suggest the going rates for tutoring as a starting point, there are many factors (location or frequency of instruction, number of students, other academic/financial needs of a family) which make these rates very flexible.
- Thus, Natalya's Classroom does not advertise specific rates or prices. Interested families are warmly invited to contact Natalya to discuss their educational needs and goals. Together, families and Natalya will come to an agreement on service rate and disbursement which is personalized and agreeable to all.
- The Bottom Line: Natalya's Classroom seeks alternative solutions and creative approaches to all aspects of education, both academically and financially, to make learning a positive experience for students and families.
